The Right Solution utilizes a highly qualified provider network certified, licensed counselors and clinical social workers throughout the United States.

Supervisor Training Seminars
All of your supervisory staff will be trained as needed in the appropriate ways of dealing with and referring troubled employees to your Employee Assistance Program.

Orientation Seminars
All of your employees will be invited to an Employee Assistance Awareness orientation to familiarize them with this benefit. Seminars can be offered on site or online.

Promotional Materials and Service
To keep the EAP visible to employees and their families, we offer a variety of promotional materials. Samples of our promotional materials are available on request. Promotional Materials available include: rack cards, posters, brochures and magnets. In addition, we are more than happy to work with your organization to create promotional material that support and enhance your image to your employees.

Confidential Assessment, Referral & Brief Counseling
When problems arise, all covered employees and their family members may contact The Right Solution toll free for EAP assessment, brief counseling and, when necessary, referral free-of-charge to them. We guarantee an offer of an appointment within two working days. All contact is strictly confidential.

24-Hour Telephone Crisis Intervention
Should an emergency occur, we offer professional telephone crisis intervention every hour of every day including weekends and holidays. Our telephones are answered by professional EAP counselors able immediately to handle the crisis presented.

You will receive quarterly reports on Employee Assistance Program utilization plus the summarized results of a Satisfaction Questionnaire administered 3 – 4 months after we have seen employees and/or family members. We will be happy to create custom EAP reports to meet your specific requirements.

Once we have received all of your materials and your application has been reviewed we will send a Letter of Agreement to be read and signed. The Agreement will be sent to you via email or fax.


  • Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited college or University.
  • At least 3 years clinical experience in a mental health setting treating alcoholism, drug addiction, and/or providing individual and family counseling.
  • At least 30 hours post-master’s training in the identification and treatment of mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
  • Possess and maintain current state license or state certification (if required by the state services are rendered in).

The Right Solution requires copies of any applicable license or certification.

General Office Liability Insurance and Professional Liability Insurance

Must indicate effective policy dates, coverage amounts, and personal injury liability.

The  Right Solution requires copies of the general liability insurance face sheet and professional liability insurance face sheet.


All providers must be in practice at least 20 hours per week. All providers must be accessible 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week or make other appropriate arrangements. Providers must agree to make his/her best effort to be available for appointments within the following guidelines:

  • Emergency appointments on the day of the request if possible or within 24 hours of request.
  • Routine appointments within two (2) working days.

All employees and their family members must contact the office of The Right Solution, for initial access to the National Provider Network. All employees have been provided with the telephone numbers of their EAP.

The Right Solution will perform an initial, brief intake and then refer the employee to a provider in their area. It is a contractual obligation that all employees and family members be offered an appointment within two working days of their initial call for routine appointments. Emergency appointments will be offered within 24 hours of initial contact. Any deviations from these standards need to be reported to The Right Solution.
