Do I need a referral from a Pediatrician or Primary Care Physician?
No. The Right Solution has a professional working relationship with many local Pediatricians and Primary Care Physicians and we welcome referrals from these health care providers, but you DO NOT need a referral to schedule an appointment. You may simply call our office to schedule an appointment with any of our therapists.
What can I expect at my first appointment? What do I need to bring with me?
All new clients should plan on arriving about 10-15 minutes prior to their first scheduled session in order to complete initial paperwork.
Please bring your current insurance card to your first session so our Office Manager can copy it for billing purposes. Also, please bring appropriate payment, whether you are a Self-Pay client or have a Co-Pay or Deductible.
During the initial appointment, the therapist will meet with the client and/or family to gather background information and discuss treatment needs. For children and teens, parents/guardians should plan to participate in the first session and any following sessions that the therapist deems necessary.
Does The Right Solution accept Medicaid (MO HealthNet)?
Yes. We do accept Medicaid (MO HealthNet).
What if I do not currently have Private Insurance or Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet)? Can I still be seen for therarpy?
Yes. All our therapists offer Self-Pay options to clients without Private Insurance or Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet). Our Office Manager will be happy to discuss Self-Pay options when you call to schedule an appointment.
In addition, we have an affordable sliding fee scale for Self-Pay clients.
What payment options are accepted?
We currently accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay as forms of payment.
The Right Solution is committed to offering counseling services during the coronavirus pandemic. We’re taking necessary precautions to keep clients safe while we transition back to office based counseling. Telehealth services will continue to be available (based on insurance carriers).
